Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood actor and writer who's talent has brought her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius. The actress was born at the age of 3 in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the third oldest siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper, and Anne a psychologist. Her heritage is English-Scottish. Moore struggled due to the fact that her family was always shifting due to her father's employment. Moore's family moved into Germany and she was a student at Frankfurt American High School, where her first acting opportunities were in the stage.
